2 people were arrested in Krishna District of Andhra Pradesh for trying to smuggle in 150 kilograms of Marijuana, which is worth Rs. 20 lakhs.

The drug was expected to be smuggled to Telangana.

The police seized the 150 kilograms of Marijuana from a car that was intercepted in the anardhanapuram village in Krishna district, which is near the NH (National Highway) 214.

The police said that the smugglers got the marijuana from Narsipatnman and were on their way to Hyderabad.

A case has been registered at the Nandivada Police Station.

The police have seized the vehicle that was used for smuggling in Marijuana and the 150 kilograms of Marijuana.
