Chairman and Managing Director of the Mahindra Group, Anand Mahindra is the rather unexpected Twitter badass everyone needs to follow.
He is the one who takes on completely with his full passion and swagger to post jugaad videos and also give befitting replies, much to the delight of his followers. From dance performances and congratulatory messages to motivational messages and videos of interesting innovations, Anand Mahindra’s timeline is akin to a treasure trove.
He ‘loves wild and wacky jugaad videos’ is a fact well-established. Recently, Anand has shared another interesting clip on his Twitter handle It is about an innovation which he calls a ‘Kela-Konveyor’. The video shows the perfect jugaad to transfer bananas out of the fields and will definitely leave you impressed.
We can see a man on a bike carrying multiple packs of bananas out of a field with the help of a conveyor belt-type system. He is followed by a long train of big bags that comprise of bananas. These bags are moving in a single line, one after the other, as they as attached to a conveyor belt-like innovation. This saves time as well as effort and greatly impressed the Mahindra Group chairman.
Anand Mahindra called the innovation ‘frugal and appropriate’ and said it could be titled ‘Banana-Bike Brigade or a ‘Kela-Konveyor’. He took to Twitter and posted the video with a caption, “Got this clip of a commendable exercise in jugaad. A Banana-Bike Brigade? Or better still a Kela-Konveyor?”

Since being posted two days ago, the video has collected more than 37K views, and more than 3200 ‘likes’ and several comments on Twitter. In no time, the tweet went viral, and people started suggesting alternative titles for the innovation.

Earlier, a vehicle came to the notice of Anand Mahindra after a Twitter user posted a picture of the auto-rickshaw which was modified like a Mahindra Scorpio from the back.
