Animal rescuers from Riverside, California, were called in to save an adorable puppy that managed to get its head stuck through the middle opening of a spare tire.
The Riverside County Department of Animal Services said they were called in for help after a puppy was found having its head stuck through the middle of a spare tire on January 22, 2020.
The pooch, which is an Australian Cattle Dog, was brought to the Coachella Valley Animal Campus in Thousand Palms.
Vets at the Coachella Valley Animal Campus used a sedative to keep the pooch still and calm as experts did their best to remove the pooch out of the spare tire.
According to reports, the Riverside County Fire Department was called in for help.
The firefighters from the Riverside County Fire Department used a saw to cut out a piece of the tire so the dog can be freed.
The pooch, who is now called as the Wheelie Puppy by its rescuers, is being monitored by the staff at the Coachella Valley Animal Campus.
Officials are now trying to find the real owners of the adorable pooch.
