A woman in the United States of America was arrested and is currently facing jail time after animal control officers found a dog with 4 broken legs, a broken jaw, a fracture in its skull, and broken ribs.

21-year-old Victoria Dudnik was arrested after Animal Control Officers entered her house.

They discovered the dog as it had a wound on the top of its head and a swollen jaw.

The dog was in an emaciated state.

Officers took the injured dog to a vet, who determined that the poor little one had four broken legs with multiple fractures, a broken jaw, skull fracture, and broken ribs.

Everything was confirmed in an arrest affidavit.

While the pooch was getting treatment at the vet, it flat-lined twice, said the Weber County Sheriff’s affidavit.

The neighbors of Dudnik said that they heard banging coming from the house of Dudnik.

A number of neighbors also have recordings of a dog screaming loudly in the area.

Blood and animal poop on the walls, floor, and clothing throughout the house were also noticed by the investigating officers.

Dudnik is currently facing cruelty to animals, a third-degree felony, distributing a controlled substance, a third-degree felony, and possessing drug paraphernalia.

During a police interview, Dudnik admitted that she had the dog in her house knowing that it was injured.

She also told the police that she did not seek medical treatment for the injured dog.

She also admitted punishing the dog by hitting it on its bum if the dog would pee in the house.

She denied purposely injuring the dog that was found in her house.
