Apollo hospitals launched a wellness app that helps the corporate professionals to track their sleep time and see the patterns, stress reductions also they provide some health tips to follow. Here they also provide some exercise tips. This app is known as Apollo JIYO. Upasana the MD of Apollo Life`s said that a workshop of Deepak Chopra led to this idea.
