According to the reports, the woman was passed a comment by the BJP MLA Naveen Patel and when she tried to get back on him, he pushed her so hard that she fell on the ground. Well this isn’t the first time an MLA has been indulged in such kind of ruthless acts.
A police complaint was lodged on the MLA Naveen Patel for trashing a woman of the municipal council. The whole incident was captured in a CCTV footage has been released. Tandel has filed a police complaint against Patel under sections 341 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
