World’s leading band Coldplay is in India as part of the Global Citizen India initiative 2016, an annual music festival that began in 2012. Chris Martin was in his best form and he totally surprised the audience as he started singing Channa Mereya.
The fans and celebrities partied with Coldplay enough for everyone to call it a night. But, the politicians did not seem quite pleased with all that went on at the concert. Now, an apology has been sought from the singer for insulting Indian flag in concert.

NCP spokesman Nawab Malik has alleged that lead singer of British rock band ‘Coldplay’ ‘disrespected’ the Indian flag during the band’s concert in Mumbai. “There Is a video grab from Coldplay’s concert in Mumbai, where the band’s lead singer is seen insulting the Indian flag,” he alleged. Now, he is demanding an apology from Shiv Sena and BJP leaders.

A video of this was also uploaded on social media, creating an uproar and became the reason for Malik’s rant against Martin as well as the politicians.
