An Assumed Call From Google Messed Up His Life, Harshit Sharma Hospitalized In Chandigarh After Neighbors Taunts

When it is about career, a job in Google is what everyone can even dream of. Considered as World’s best company to work and ultimately leading techie giant, being an employee in Google can be a final big ultimate goal which almost induces the feeling “On the top of everything”.

The news regarding Harshit Sharma bagging a Rs 1.44 crore job in Google was widely circulated on the Internet. While this 16-Year-Old boy is busy with celebrating the success, shocking revelations from Google office came saying that Harshit’s name is nowhere enlisted.

Only a handful of graduates and other fine people can make it up to Google, statistics has it all. Merely, an estimated three digits of Indians play key roles in Google office, in prominent positions.

Harshit Sharma completed his Class 12 from the Government Model Senior Secondary School in Sector 33, in 2017, and as per the call letter, he will be joining the graphic designing team of Google.

According to the details revealed by Harshit’s family, Harshit will be given a stipend of Rs 4 lakh per month. Post the training he will receive a staggering remuneration of Rs 12 lakh per month/ Rs 1.44 Crore package.

Another side of the story:

Something terrible happened when Indian Express authorities approached Google office for the confirmation, contrary to the hype this story has earned, the official sources from the Google gave a shocking statement on the boy’s candidacy, they said:

“Currently, we don’t have any information on our records with respect to Harshit Sharma’s candidacy.”

These words from google have literally devastated Harshit. Soon after this, a proper interrogation is done and it is finally found that the call is fake, so is the offer letter.

Consequences:

Now after knowing this bitter truth, Harshit is depressed as everyone who earlier congratulated him is now taunting him.

However, Harshit’s mother Bharti Sharma finally opened up about the incident, she went saying that she had already suspected the authentication of the call, but, Harshit went raising hopes following which he approached his principal about the same.

“Harshit got a hoax phone call. We did not believe it at first. I kept telling him it could be a hoax. He shared the information with the school principal, who further released a press note, which led to media coverage. We thought the principal has some confirmation.”

She added that Harshit didn’t eat anything since Tuesday and is in depression, “Doctors say he is tormented. Those who were congratulating us are now taunting us.”

When asked about this, his school principal Indra Beniwal said that the boy has forwarded the call letter he received. A probe is on and the interrogation is going on, with no numbers or any valid details mentioned, this absolutely appears fake.

“I spoke to Harshit’s parents and he is under severe stress. The doctors have advised that he be kept away from any conversation on this topic. I have just given my report on the incident to the education department and the parents have admitted that it is Harshit’s mistake,” said Principal Beniwal.

Added that the call letter is forwarded to him by Harshit, and the latter is now hospitalized in some local hospital.

Whatever it is, one hoax call from some con has almost ruined the state of this boy, the story should have been better if he had tried to verify the letter or the call just before going further.
