A 37-year-old woman Italian woman has accused a man. The man is claiming that he is a tourist guide. According to this Italian woman that so-called tourist guide raped her in the Mumbai Juhu. According to the Italian woman the incident took place on June 14.
Police officials said that an Italian woman who is the victim register her complaint on Friday. She stated that on the day of the incident she had boarded a bus for sightseeing tour of Mumbai.
She said, she met the accused men during her bus tour on June 14. He introduced him as a tourist guide of Mumbai. Instead of traveling by the Italian bus, woman decided to hire the victim services unknown of the fact that she is not a tourist guide.
After the bus tour has ended near about at 7:00 PM. The accused offer the victim to show the Bungalow of the legend Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan.
An Italian woman is staying in the Colaba Hotel. Victim promised her to drop Colaba Hotel after visiting Amitabh Bachchan Bungalow. Accused hires the cab for visiting Bungalow. Italian woman states that he stopped the vehicle nearby to the liquor shop and purchased liquor.
Officials said accused force the Italian woman to consume alcohol, but she refuses to do so. He also inappropriately touched her. Accused consume alcohol and then raped her in the cab.
After the incident took place victim reaches Italian embassy where she approached the officials to register the incident of rape by a tourist guide. She wants embassy officials to register her case with the local police so that the accused men got caught.
Based on the complaint of the Italian woman police officials register the zero FIR against the accused. First, the complaint was registered at Colaba Police Station. But later on, the case was shifted to the Juhu Police station where the whole incident took place.

An Italian woman had come to India in December 2017 and visited Mumbai for sightseeing on 11 June 2018.
