Heavy rains and winds caused 10 flights to get diverted from New Delhi International Airport

Authorities of the Delhi International Airport said that 10 flights were diverted from the airport last night due to heavy rains and winds.

As per reports, 5 flights were diverted to Jaipur, 3 flights were diverted to Lucknow, and 2 flights were diverted to Amritsar due to bad weather.

2 flights belonged to Air India, 1 flight from Air Arabia, 1 flight from Air Mali, 3 flights from Indigo, and 3 flights belonged to SpiceJet.

The 10 flights were diverted from 6:15 pm and 7:30 pm last night.
