To find the Ear Point, simply place your thumb in front of the triangular shaped flap of tissue found at the front of each ear. The thumb is used because it covers the most area and will affect all three points.

Now open and close your jaw and find a point where it has maximum movement. That is the most active point between your ear and your jaw. Once you’ve found it, stop your finger there and press that point for at least a minute, and you’re done (Press the point for 1 Minute and maximum 3 Minutes).
