Sonu Nigam Azaan controversy is getting more intense and dramatic each passing day. It all started when the singer commented on being woken up by the early morning Azaan and went on to rant about how he doesn’t like this ‘forced religiousness’ being imposed on people without their consent.

Yes, he questioned the necessity of broadcasting the announcement on loudspeakers from mosques in public. Labeling it ‘forced religiousness’, and using the word “Gundagardi”, Sonu’s tweet created quite a stir!

Needless to say, it divided the entire nation and invited a lot of criticism. And twitter exploded with reactions. Some were on Sonu’s side while some were busy thrashing him.

While Bollywood remains divided on this issue; some are of the opinion that Sonu is right in voicing his opinion against loudspeakers, while some think that he shouldn’t have spoken against the Muslim community.

And recently, Kamal R Khan who is known for his insensitive tweets but he did support Sonu Nigam in his opinion.

He even mentioned that if he produces his next film, Sonu Nigam will sing all the song in that movie.

As we all know, KRK has a habit of going against all the celebrities and targeting them with his negativity. Time and again, we have seen that he has spoken negatively against celebrities and have given very bad reviews for their films. But this time, he tried something very new of his qualities and supported the singer Sonu Nigam.

But it looks like there is some new twist introduced, a Bollywood producer Mehmood Ali claims that he has proof where Sonu Nigam has asked KRK to tweet in his favor and support him. Mehmood claims to be one of KRK’s key person from his team.

He spoke to a channel and produced the screenshots of the entire chat between KRK and Sonu Nigam.

Sonu Nigam has denied any relationship or personal contact with KRK and said that he doesn’t know KRK at all, here’s what he tweeted: “Swear on my Departed Mother, I didn’t. We dont know each other personally at all.”

Even KRK retweeted and wrote that Sonu Nigam is right:

Well, looks like when it is a controversial situation, it is better to be safe than sorry. Sonu Nigam has already made his point and we all should either accept or ignore and move ahead.
