Maa Tv Tie Up With Star Group Announced Today

Popular Telugu Maa TV channel and India’s the leading TV Channel had stuck a deal with each other. Star India had officially signed a stake in Telugu popular TV news Channel which has stakes of Tollywood film stars Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, producer Allu Arvind and businessman Nimmagadda Prasad. The news of the deal was made public through media.

Star India Stakes Maa TV Channel

Star India has been expanding its territories into various sectors of broadcastings in all Indian regions. MAA TV CEO and Director Nimmagadda Prasad along with the other directors Nagarjuna, Chiranjeevi and Allu Arvind accompanied with the Star India Representatives announced their partnership on Wednesday. The business deal worth was not yet disclosed by both the broadcasting houses while when being asked they said that all those details would be made public very soon. Employees of MAA TV are not going to be affected at present with this deal it seems and all of its employees are going to work in the same positions as they used to do in the past as Star India is not going to control that aspect.

Star India representatives stated that this deal with the MAA TV was made to re-invent and to ascend with best steps in entertaining the people of Telugu regions. The newly signed business deal between both the media houses seem to benefit both the Media Houses and a revolution is in the offing. MAA TV Network has four channels right away and they are MAA TV, MAA Movies, MAA Music and MAA Gold. It is believed that MAA TV sold its stakes to formulate and originate its financial strength and to expand bigger on a corporate level.

There may be changes in the log of MAA TV although it was not stated so prominently by the group of directors. It is also speculated that there would be change in the MAA TV logo as ‘Maa-Star’. It came to limelight down back in 2012 that most prominent media houses such as Sony, Star, Zee and even Sun Network are competing strongly with each other to hold stakes in regional and local networks.
