A mentally challenged identified as Hari called the teacher out of the school premises and beheaded her with a sharp-edged weapon.
A mentally challenged named Hari was arrested by the police officials for beheaded his teacher near the school seraikela kharswan district. Victim of the incident Hari ran into jungle 5 km to protect himself from the police. The shocking and horrible thing about the incident is Hari ran into the jungle by carrying the severed head of teacher.
Avinash Kumar who is the sub-divisional police officer said, the incident took place when the midday meal was being served to the students of the school. Hari called the teacher out of the school premises.
Mentally challenged Hari is 26 years old. Police officials arrested him after 2 hours of the attack. Police had to save him from being attacked by the local people. Moreover, in this process, four policemen including Ranvijay Singh who is the officer in charge got injured.

Hari who is the mentally challenged men lived alone near to the school. He entered the school premises during the midday meal and dragged the 30-year-old teacher named Sukra Hesa. Hari dragged her towards his house and beheaded her with the sharp-edged weapon.
After locals informed them about the incident, police officials reached to the spot of the incident. They found accused Hari carrying the severed head of the teacher. A large number of residents are gathered around on the spot, but no one has the dare to go near him. Hari was carrying a sword in hand.
The officer in charge of seraikela police station said we cant even gunning down Hari due to a large number of gatherings of residents.
Police official Mr Singh said Hari ran into the jungle near the hesel village. The local people were chasing him. Local people pelted stones to Hari.
After accused was arrested locals starts beating up Hari. Police found it difficult to save Hari for the further investigation. Later on, accused was taken to the Sadar hospital and later on shifted to the MGM hospital in Jamshedpur.
School authorities demanded strict action against the accused.
