Facebook co-founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg is also active on other social networks other than Facebook. This weekend, his Twitter and Pinterest accounts were hacked. The group responsible, OurMine Team, also claimed to have gained accessed to his Instagram account.
It is being speculated that the leaked data included the ID and password of Zuckerberg’s LinkedIn account and that he used the same for his other accounts as well. OurMine Team pulled off the hacks, but the group is claiming that it was all thanks to the LinkedIn password dump.
Mark Twitter & Pinterest Accounts Hacked:
The OurMine Team also claimed to have gained access to Zuckerberg’s Instagram account. However, Facebook later confirmed that the CEO’s Instagram account was safe. Almost 120 million LinkedIn username and passwords combinations were stolen four years ago and recently appeared on the black market dark web.
“Hey @finkd we got access to your Twitter & Instagram & Pinterest, we are just testing your security, please dm us,” the hackers wrote, in a now-deleted tweet
“Hey @finkd,” OurMine tweeted on Zuckerberg’s page on Sunday. “You were in Linkedin Database with the password ‘dadada’!’ ”
“No Facebook systems or accounts were accessed. The affected accounts have been re-secured,” a Facebook spokesperson said.

The hackers claimed that they found his password – “dadada” – in the details of stolen LinkedIn accounts which were leaked online last month. Beware its time to pay attention to your passwords.
