Narendra Modi Gives Arvind Kejriwal Awkward Handshake At Council Meeting, Twitterati Reacts Badly

It was the most embarrassing moment for Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal at the Inter-State Council meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday morning. PM Modi met the Chief Ministers during an Inter-State Council meeting that took place in Delhi. The meeting is conducted to discuss a range of issues and concerns raised by them.

Modi Ji was meeting each and every Chief Minister in the meeting and he looked awkward against Arvind Kejriwal. Modi looked like he really did NOT want to shake his hand with Kejriwal at the meeting.

The video has gone viral on social media where PM can be seen shaking hands with everyone in the event. Though Modi Ji had shaken his hands with Kejriwal, but it looked like he was not willing to do it.
