Ola Introduces A Great Feature! Here’s How You Can Withdraw Cash From OLA Cabs

Ever since Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the note ban, there has been a chaos among the people of the country. While exchanging currencies continues to remain a major challenge for people.

Most ATMs are either out of cash or have long queues, making it even difficult for people to withdraw the basic amount of Rs 2,000 per day due to the shortage. Earlier, we had seen how the government had made cash available at Petrol Pumps, Big Bazaar stores, V-Mart stores etc.

However, if you still aren’t able to meet your minimum cash demands, Ola Cabs has some good news for you all! Yes, in an effort to help people cope with the demonetisation side effects, Ola came up with a workable solution.

In association with Yes Bank, India’s prominent cab aggregator Ola has introduced mobile ATMs termed as Ola Cash-On-Wheels, which will help you if you aren’t able to get cash from banks or ATMs even after so many days of the ban.

Here’s the list of locations where the mobile ATM’s will be positioned:

The Ola Cash-On-Wheels will be equipped with a swiping machine that allows you to withdraw a maximum of Rs.2000 with your debit card. These mobile ATMs will be available across 10 cities in India on 5th December, 2016 from 11am to 4pm: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad & Jaipur!

Mumbai!

Kolkata and Chandigarh!

Pune!

Terms and Conditions:

  • This transaction can be carried out only with debit cards issued in India.
  • You can’t withdraw more than 2000 per day, per debit card and it is subject to availability of cash.
  • This Rs. 2000 will be considered as part of the Overall Weekly/Daily withdrawal limit of Rs 24,000 from all channels i.e. ATM, Branch, Micro ATM, Cash @ POS.
  • Cash@POS transactions will be processed only for cards that have this feature enabled by the respective Debit card Issuing Bank.
