Olympic Medalist Yogeshwar Dutt Posts A Meme On Cargill Martyr’s Daughter ‘Gurmehar Kaur’s Campaign’

It has been a couple of days and the Cargill Martyr-Mandeep’s  Daughter-Gurmehar Kaur’s video is making rounds on social media. Starting with the witty reply from cricketer Virender Sehwag, the ace actor Randeep Hooda, wrestler Babita Phogat joined the counter side.

Now, the popular wrestler Yogeshwar Dutt has joined the trio’s hands against Kaur’s ideologies.

Yogeshwar took on to his twitter handle and posted a meme trolling the Kaur’s anti-nationalists’ statements. He quick-handed the related subjects like Salman, Hitler, and Bin Laden and brutally trolled Kaur. Further mentioned a hashtag #BharatJaisiJagahNahi proclaiming his right wing side.

Going back into the story, though the video was shot in early 2016, it went viral a clash took place when students and teachers of Delhi University-Ramjas College came together against ABVP. The conflict occurred during the first session of the two-day seminar on Indian tribals over the participation of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) students Umar Khalid and Shehla Rashid. Protesting the participation of the latter, the concerned students of the both sides took on to the issue.

The issue actually had its grassroots when Gurmehar Kaur changed her Facebook profile picture to one with her holding a placard that says, “I AM A STUDENT OF DELHI UNIVERSITY. I AM NOT AFRAID OF ABVP. I AM NOT ALONE. EVERY STUDENT OF INDIA IS WITH ME. #FIGHTBACKDU #STUDENTSAGAINSTABVP”. A year back, she had participated in a video in which she held up a controversial card that said, “Pakistan did not kill my dad,

Her video slamming both the countries went viral. In which she stated,  “Pakistan did not kill my dad, the war killed him”.
