PM Modi further added that his government is very much serious for Maoist Violence and continuously working in Maoist-affected districts, he asserted that around 4,500 kilometers of roads have already been built in 34 Maoist-affected districts, and there have been around 2,400 mobile towers installed and 4,072 additional towers approved to enhance connectivity.
PM Modi also talked about education in Maoist affected areas by Maoist violence. he said when his team was going through education development in the Maoist violence areas, it was noticed that there were no Kendriya Vidyalayas in 11 out of 35 Maoist affected districts. after considering the situation, the development works on the education is going through and Eight new Kendriya Vidyalayas and five new Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas are imparting quality education to children.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi further added that there were very few numbers of banks in the Maoist-affected areas. But in 35 districts most affected by Maoist violence, about 430 new bank branches and 1,045 ATMs were opened between April 2015 and December 2017.
PM Modi further added that about 3,380 Maoists surrendered from 2014 to 2017. From 2010 to 2013 Due to the good government’s policies, and the push for enlargement and zero tolerance for any violence.
