Do you remember this kid bodybuilder who used to be ripped than any man?
Fifteen years ago, the world was fascinated by an 8-year-old bodybuilder called Little Hercules. He went on to be named World’s Strongest Boy at just 11.
He is Richard Sandrak and he was born in Ukraine in 1992. His parents, Pavel and Lena, were a martial arts world champ and an aerobics instructor respectively. The family moved to the United States when Richard was two.
While Richard was growing, his parents gave him a workout program. Slowly, Richard changed the workout program as a passion. It started with stretching and aerobics but quickly progressed to light weight training.
After moving to California, Richard’s parents met a trainer and they wanted to get their son into show business, so they hired trainer Frank Giardina to bulk up Richard – and raise publicity.
But everything has changed now. How is he now? Is he maintaining the same physique and body now?
Richard is now 23 and the shocking thing about him is he no longer lifts weights. Yes, he quit weightlifting.
In an interview, he stated that he got bored with weightlifting. He still maintains his fitness, though. According to the reports, When Richard turned 11, Pavel was sent to prison for domestic abuse against his wife, Richard’s mom. That’s when Richard cut all ties with his dad and stopped bodybuilding.
