SGPGIMS Recruitment 2018: 178 LDC, Stenographer & Other Posts

Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences is about to recruit LDC (Lower Division Clerks), Stenographer and for many other posts. For that, the Institute has notified through a notice available on ww.sgpgi.ac.in. Found it interested?. A candidate must be eligible first. Otherwise, the candidate may be dismissed if found later. Eligible candidates can apply for the posts from 2nd August o 1st September.

  • Applicants need to visit the official website first for online submission of application form. At first, they need to register themselves and then, fill the application form.
  • Candidates need to enter the father’s name, mobile number, email address, caste, state of domicile, date of birth etc. credentials. After filling the form, aspirants need to make the fee payment.
  • Later on, a few documents must be uploaded: passport size coloured photograph, left hand’s thumb print, signature, proof of date of birth (high school certificate) and caste certificate (if applicable).

Application Fee:

SC/ ST candidates of Uttar Pradesh need to pay Rs. 300/- while applicants belonging to OBC or General category have to pay Rs. 500/-. Institute has strictly instructed that once the fee is paid, it won’t be refunded in any condition. Candidates under the reserved category (according to the notification) but from other states, won’t be eligible for reservation.

Age Limit: Applicant should not be older than 40 years and must have attained the age of 21 years.

Selection Procedure, as per the vacancies provided in the notice, the only interview would be held for a few posts while written examination and interview would be held for the remaining.

If a candidate enters wrong details, then, the administration won’t permit the same candidate to appear for any of the examinations. Once the form is submitted, modifications in date of birth, gender, category etc. is not possible. Thus, check out the whole notification first. As the proof of date of birth, high school certificate would only be accepted. Any other document won’t be entertained. Later on, exam dates and other information regarding examination will be provided through the admit card.
