Sleep is very important for any person as the next day’s performance is very much dependant on the previous night’s sleep. But there are some people who go to bed by 10 pm but can’t fall asleep till 12 am. Sleep is one of the essential factors which is required for us to stay healthy and energetic and we at least need to have 7-8 hours of sleep.

The first one is 4-7-8 technique. You should inhale air for 4 seconds and hold it for 7 seconds and then exhale it for 8 seconds. Do it slowly and carefully and you’ll fall asleep in no time.
The second one is to make an effective sleeping potion with simple ingredients found in your home. All you need is 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 1/4th tablespoon of honey and a 1/8th tablespoon of sea salt. Mix all the ingredients in warm water and drink before going to bed.
The third hack is to have fruits before going to bed. Though some say that you shouldn’t be eating anything before going to bed. Eat a banana or some blueberries which help your nerves to calm down.
The fourth trick is buying soft headphones and listen to some calm and relaxing music before going to bed or you can play the soothing music in your bedroom while going to sleep.
The fifth hack is to sleep in complete darkness, yes you might be afraid of darkness and that doesn’t mean you use a Led light in your room where you sleep. If you need lights then do invest in a good eye mask which will hinder the entry of light and let you sleep peacefully.
