Google CEO Sundar Pichai’s Quora Account Has Been Hacked by Mark Zuckerberg’s Hackers!

Google CEO Sundar Pichai had woke up this morning facing a big problem with his Quora Account. He got to find out that his Quora Account has been hacked. Sundar Pichai’s Quora Account appears to have been hacked by the same hacker group who recently tried to hack Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s Twitter and Pinterest Accounts.

It is reported that the three-man hacker group called OurMine tweeted several posts on Google CEO’s Quora Account. Since Sundar Pichai’s Quora Account is linked to his Twitter Account, the hackers were able to publicize the hack to all his 5 lakh followers on the microblogging platform.

The tweets have now been removed. OurMine hacker’s group claim that not to hack social media networks, but use “various exploits to pull passwords from celebrity’s browsers.” It seems that OurMine is believed to be aiming to rebrand itself as a security firm.

In the tweets informing Pichai’s Twitter followers about the hacking too, the group says, “Hey, it’s OurMine, we are just testing your security, please visit OurMine to upgrade it.” The group told that it was only testing the security of all celebrity accounts it hacked into.

OurMine said further that it managed to break into Pichai’s account by exploiting the vulnerability in Quora that it claims to have previously reported to the company.

“We are just testing people security (sic), we never change their passwords, we did it because there are other hackers can hack them and change everything,” the group stated. Google and Quora have not commented on the incident.
