This Pakistani Tribe Has The Most Beautiful Women In The World Who Live Up To 160 Years

There is a community of 87,000 people living in the mountains of northern Pakistan who are secretly laughing on all of us who think that the average life expectancy of human beings is 60 years.

The people of the Hunza community have an average life span of 120 years and in some cases they live up to 160 years. Thanks to their healthy way of life, they look young and beautiful even in the later years of their life. The women of the community can give birth till the age of 65.

No, the Hunzas are not from some other planet but their lifestyle proves how adopting a healthy approach to our lives can not only make us look more youthful but also improve our life expectancy greatly.

The Hunzas claim to be the descendants of Alexander the Great. They came into being when Alexander conquered the area. They settled in the villages there and married among themselves.

Hunza people follow a strict healthy lifestyle. They have two-time meal and are involved in a lot of activities. They walk 15-20kms everyday.

Almost everyone in Hunza community are vegetarians. Their diet mostly consists of raw fruits and vegetables, nuts, dairy products like cheese, milk and yogurt. They include grains like buckwheat, millet, barley and wheat in their diet. They drink glacial water and drink wine as a medicinal product that gives them angelic beauty.

The Hunzas also observe large fasting periods. These fasts last for several days. All these habits are adopted by the Hunzas pretty early in their life so that their diet remains low from the very beginning.

The Hunzas are also masters of yoga. They practice yoga and breathing exercises everyday. As it is well known, the practice of yoga and regular exercise benefits skin and body in various ways, they extract full benefits out of the practice.

They do not consume snacks, lunch and breakfast and they rarely consume meat in their diet and drink juice from dried apricot to protect themselves against tumor.
The Hunzas became popular after a member of the Hunza community, Said Abdul Mobudu, confused the immigration officers in London because his passport stated that his birth year was 1832.
