PM Narendra Modi is being praised by many for demonetizing Rs. 500 and 1000 currency notes which is aimed at combating corruption and the flow of black money in the country. Many are running towards banks to deposit their currency notes while some are burning them mindlessly.
Some of the people are finding ways on the internet to convert black money into white. After two days of 500 and 1000 currency notes ban google search suggestion shows “How To Convert Black Money To White” on top. “How to convert black money into white money” was trending on Google as many Indians turned to the search engine giant seeking help after Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s announcement.
Some people in Uttar Pradesh burned notes of 500 and 1000. Some notes are dumped near a dustbin.

While many are finding it ‘safe’ to burn and dump their money on the roadside, others are finding alternatives on Google to save themselves. Soon after “How To Convert Black Money To White” is in first place in gogle search suggestions.
According to Google Trends, most of the searches came from the state of Gujarat, with Mumbai and Haryana in next position.
