Incessant rains lashed Mumbai (The Economic Capital of India) and suburban areas. Every year, Mumbaikars have to brace for monsoons due to bad roads, among other things. Water-filled potholes cause traffic to move slowly and have even caused accidents in the past.
‘Different year but same situation’ is something every Mumbaikar thinks of when he steps out to carry on with his/her life during this season. This monsoon, be prepared to be troubled by potholes again.
Many people complained of the poor quality of the road, potholes as well as water logging which brought traffic to a standstill but no one cares. Here’s a person who is also fed up with Mumbai Potholes & facing t same situation like every Mumbaikar and he is none other than Bollywood actor Farhan Akhtar.
All of you know that Farhan Akhtar has always been a man of high morals who has stood up for what is right. Not one to mince words, he has always been very vocal about his opinion. His recent tweet easily sums up the city’s current severe situation.
