On the very 1st day of T-20 World Cup, India suffered from a weak batting line up resulting in a massive loss against New Zealand. Landed as the favourites and hosts, India was completely outraged at Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium, Nagpur. Though the target was just 126, India could only manage to score 79 runs. To be frank, New Zealand players dominated in every possible way they can! India scored a boundary in 5th over and again a six in 16th over. This shows how disciplined New Zealand have been with the ball. The Black Caps record their fifth win against India in the shortest format of the game with 11 balls in spare.

In the 90s when Sachin used to get out early chasing a big score, Azharuddin’s job was just to reach a respectable score. Now we have Dhoni
