1956 founded statutory body set up by the Indian Union government in accordance to the UGC Act 1956 under Ministry of Human Resource Development – University Grants Commission is today in the headlines once again and the reason according to FP is “UGC directs 21 Delhi University colleges to appoint regular principals, warns of withholding grants if institutes do not comply.” In simpler words, those colleges who don’t have principals right now will have their grant at stake if they don’t hire one as soon as possible. In reply, many colleges have also replied that they have already published vacancy advertisement on various portals and newspapers.

Few changes are also observed in UGC NET Exam Pattern. Like or unlike the previous year, MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) with no negative marking will be asked in three papers of UGC NET 2019 in the Examinations From 9 December to 23 December.
