Police Report: A man was arrested after he allegedly raped and impregnated a 16-year-old girl in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh.
RP Singh the Circle Police Officer said that a complaint was lodged by the father of the 16-year-old girl at the Kehkra Police Station, the report said that their neighbor has raped his daughter a number of times in the past 4 months, the father added that the neighbor also took videos of the girl.
The parents of the girl got to know about the pregnancy when they took her to the doctor, the doctor broke the news to the parents.
The girl is currently 3 months into the pregnancy.
The police added that the 16-year-old was also threatened by the neighbor.
A case has been registered in the police station and the accused will be facing a number of charges under the IPC.
