On the ongoing series of India and Australia, Kohli broke the record of AB Devilliers by scoring the fastest 7000 runs in ODI matches. He also scored the fastest 24th ODI Century today which pushed the score to 295 runs in 50 overs.
Australian bowlers, who were famous in sledging the players did act in demotivating Indian players by abusing them. James Faulkner, who was bowling 35th over of the match during the 3rd ODI at MCG, exchanged words with Virat Kohli. Faulkner first four balls of that over were made dots by Kohli, who went into pressure. Also, the four balls didn’t even cross the inner circle, and so Virat was put in pressure by Faulkner. Just to make some runs in the scorecard, he pushed the ball to the off side for a single and moved towards the bowlers end.
Faulkner thought of adding much more pressure on Virat Kohli, tried to sledge Virat, which was recorded in Stump MIC. Faulkner said to Kohli this way “You tried to smash me there, but you failed.” Kohli, who was always aggressive in words, gave a smooth and piercing reply. The stump mic caught Kohli saying clearly, with a beam on his face, ‘I’ve smashed you enough in my life. Don’t waste your time, go bowl.’ This time, it was Faulker’s turn to put his head down and walk back to his mark.

Don’t troll Kohli, Faulkner- As a Delhi wallah he will follow odd even policy; give you English gaali on odd day & Hindi gaali on even day.

And in the 36th over, Indian Cricket team scored 12 runs with a massive six. This century and Dhoni’s magnificent innings in the death overs resulted in putting on 295 runs on board which is a promising total.
