In a shocking turn of events, Hyderabad witnessed a death of one youth over the quarrel of four rupees. A fight broke out at a pan shop while asking for a change of four rupees.
The 21-year-old deceased, identified as Vadthya Rajesh, was actually trying to escape from five persons when he was accidentally hit by a speeding truck. The incident occurred Tuesday night in Hayat Nagar under Rachakonda police commissionerate on the city outskirts.
According to police, Rajesh, who purchased cigarettes from a pan shop, had a quarrel with the shop owner for not returning the change of four rupees.
The shop owner, Nadeem, had to return Rs 4 to Rajesh but soon the argument turned into a brawl and Nadeem along with his four friends started beating up Rajesh.
The youth ran away towards the other side of the road but did not notice a truck, which ran over him. The incident was recorded in a CCTV camera in the area.

Security camera footage shows that Rajesh first managed to get to the other side of the road, but he was chased and brought back to the shop by the accused. “He made another attempt to escape and while trying to cross the busy road, but was knocked down by a speeding truck”, said police.
Police registered a case and arrested the shop owner and his friends.
