In the last week, Facebook owned Whatsapp added a ‘Mute’ button that will help mute WhatsApp notifications directly from the notification panel. As, it started testing ‘Mark as Read’ making it easy for users to take actions on new WhatsApp messages.
The users who are having the latest WhatsApp beta version on their Android devices, will have the the mute buttun on their Whatsapp. the mute button will appear on the message notification when the users will receive more than 51 messages from one contact.
As per the Whatsapp report, A sticker preview has also been added to start testing stickers on its platform. To recall, In may, at Facebook’s F8 developer conference, stickers on its platform has been announced to counter messaging apps while for a long time, WeChat and Skype both are offering stickers .
The news released mute button by social media platform , that let users to mute messages easily from a contact which has sent you a large number of messages – more than 51 messages with the purpose to be correct without accessing WhatsApp.
As per the report, the Mute button is a part of WhatsApp beta version 2.18.216. Though, Currently, The latest beta version is available for download via the Google Play beta programme or in an APK file form via APK Mirror.
User Who are using the latest WhatsApp beta version on their Android devices, the mute button is now live for them. Even, the Mark as Read button has not been released for beta testers whereas last week the Mark as Read button was spotted along with the Mute button.
As per the report, the latest development is a part of the WhatsApp beta version 2.18.218, Although, in the upcoming days, stickers will be accessible publicly. It is also reported that, With a green dot on the plus ‘+’ button, Sticker Store will be highlighted
Additionally, An ‘Update’ button allow users to update a particular sticker pack with a single tap.
In May, at his F8 keynote, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg already annonced the arrival of stickers on WhatsApp.
