This Heartwarming Incident Proves Humanity! Woman Gave Birth To Baby On Flight! Jet Airways Announces Free Lifetime Pass For The Kid!

Certain things are beyond our control, like birth and death. And this is why nothing could stop this baby from entering this world. We are talking about an unusually done childbirth, where 30 weeks pregnant lady named Cicymol Jose started feeling labor pain mid-air in the Jet Airways flight which going to Kochi from Dammam, Saudi Arabia on Sunday.

She seemed to have no way out and fortunately, a trained paramedic who was on board helped the passenger, Jose, deliver the baby.

For some time the Jet Airways flight turned into a hospital room where a baby girl took birth with help of fellow passengers and cabin crew. Proud air hostesses posed with the baby, whom they delivered, for the camera. Almost everyone on the plane witnessed this miracle of birth.

As per reports, Jose went into premature labor on flight 9W 569 carrying 162 passengers. As soon as it came into the notice, the crew, accompanied by a trained paramedic on board, provided her with the required medical assistance. Both woman and her child are in stable condition.

As the passenger needed to be immediately taken to a hospital, the plane was diverted to Mumbai airport after a baby was born on the flight at 35,000 feet. The flight which had 162 passengers aboard was delayed by two hours in reaching its destination due to the diversion.

But what came after this whole incident was quite surprising and heartwarming. It’s all about the officials of Jet Airways who has announced a free lifetime pass for the baby boy. Isn’t that sweet?

An official statement by Jet Airways read-

Jet Airways is pleased to announce the successful birth of a baby boy on board its flight 9W 569 from Dammam to Cochin of June 18, 2017. The Boeing 737 with 162 guests was diverted to Mumbai as one of the guests went into premature labour. The guest delivered a baby boy at 35,000 feet. On landing, both mother and baby were rushed to Holy Spirit Hospital in Mumbai and are doing well. Jet Airways has informed the family of the guest who are en route from Kochi. The airline expresses its gratitude to Ms Wilson, the on-board paramedic for her guidance.”

This is so rare when we get to witness such examples of humanity and unity.

There’s no doubt that negativity and hatred in the world are increasing but there’s still some humanity and love left in the heart of people. Many big brands and businesses franchisees are adopting the idea of love instead of following the mean norms.

And this incident proves it all!

Meanwhile, the flight was delayed by more than two hours as it reached Kochi at 12.45 pm instead of 10.15 am on Sunday. But we believe no passenger would’ve minded the delay considering the situation. Well, that’s really heartwarming. Isn’t it?
