The feeling of giving birth to a new life is amazing and when you hold the babies for the first time, it’s truly an out of the world feeling. The same thing happened with Jodi and Matt Parry who became proud parents of twins but this couple’s happiness was short-lived when the doctor said “I’m Sorry” and crashed their entire world in front of their eyes.
They already have a son but wanted to give him a sibling so they planned for another child. Jodi suffered miscarriage once but the couple assumed that nothing could go wrong with her future pregnancies. So, she gave it a chance and got pregnant with twins.
The doctor pulled them aside during their happy moments with their daughters and revealed a news which left the couple in shock. He said that both of twins were suffering from down syndrome.
The twins were named Abigail and Isobel. Though Jodi and Matt were ready for the outcome, they didn’t expect this as this syndrome affects the life of their baby girls. The girls were born prematurely and were in ICU for four weeks.
Jodi and Matt decided to take care of their daughters until the day they live but this was not all, Abigail was deaf in one ear and Isobel had a hole in her heart. These girls are rare as 1 out of a million twins suffer from down syndrome.
By the words of the doctor, the couple initially thought that their little girls cannot lead a normal life but after collecting the information about Down syndrome the couple finally understood that their girls can lead a normal life, attend high school and also fall in love.
Jodi met the doctor who apologised for their daughter’s conditions and revealed that the girls are full of love and leading a healthy life. These girls vanished all the odds and are a perfect addition to the family.
