2 Robbers Slash Man With Machete And Steal His $270,000 Rolex In Hong Kong Railway Station
The Hong Kong police are now hunting for 2 armed robbers that slashed a man with a machete in a railway station.
It is reported that the robbers snatched a HK$270,000 (US$35,000) Rolex watch from the victim.
A video that is viral on social media right now shows the 2 men in black caps and jumpers attacking the man with a machete.
The victim is a 48-year-old man who worked as an engineer in Australia.
The poor victim was left in a pool of blood and received immediate care from the MTR Staff.
It is said that the victim was selling the watch, which was a hand Rolex Daytona model.
The robbers and the man arranged a face-to-face trade in the station.
The watch is worth over HK$270,000.
A police spokeswoman said:
The man had injuries to his head, hands and back. He was conscious and rushed to Prince of Wales Hospital in Sha Tin for treatment.
The case was listed as a robbery and the person is still in the hospital with the injuries that he sustained from the incident.
