Florida Man Fatally Shoots 2 People, Including 13-Year-Old Girl During Dispute Over His Dog

A Florida man reportedly shot 2 people, which includes a 13-year-old girl, during a quarrel about his pet dog.

The news was confirmed by Port St. Lucie Police on Monday this week.

According to the Port St. Lucie Police, a girl called 911 around 12:20 pm on the day of the incident to say that there was a man in her house who she thought had shot her parents after he received a court order related to the dog.

The police found the suspect inside the house, where 2 victims had been shot.

The police also got engaged in a shootout, which left 1 police officer injured.

Assistant Chief Richard Del Toro said that the shooter was upset over the fact that his dog was declared dangerous in court.

Chief Del Toro added:

He went over there to confront his neighbors and this is what happened.

The shooter died in the incident.

It is still not clear whether the man shot himself or was killed during the shootout.

Another man in the house was found dead the police came.

The 13-year-old girl who called was also injured, she died at a hospital.

The relationship between the man who died and the 13-year-old girl is still not known.

Nadine Huneault, a neighbor of the victims, said that a dispute between the dog owner and her neighbors started in April this year.

She said:

The shooter has a dog and it attacked the lady next door.
