A woman fell to her death from the 27th floor of a building after she lost balance while she was taking a picture of herself.

The woman has been identified as 27-year-old Sandra Manuela Da Costa Macedo.

She was leaning over the balcony railing of a high-rise building when she fell to her death, said official reports.

A video of the horrible incident was captured by an onlooker and was shared widely on social media after it was shared.

The person that took the entire ordeal could be heard shouting: “She’s mad, there she goes, look at her, look at her, she’s fallen.”

According to reports the incident happened in Panama City.

Paramedics reportedly rushed to the Luxor Tower, which is located at El Cangrejo, a neighborhood in Panama City, 10 minutes after they were informed about the horrible incident.

The woman, who was a holidaymaker from Portugal, was dead when the paramedics arrived at the scene to help her out.

A friend of the woman shared the news with her family and said that the woman that passed away was a mother of 2 children.

It is believed that the mother went to Panama City to work as a teacher.

The police believe that a gust of wind may have knocked her off balance, which made her fall off the balcony.
