Telangana State Public Service Commission has given the responsibilities to fill up vacant posts of Health Assistant and Field Assistant in Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department and Dairy Development Co-operative Federation Limited in the State. Recently, the commission has issued the notification according to which, aspirants will be selected for the recruitment on the basis of examination whether written or computer based.
TSPSC Recruitment 2018
Of the 58 vacancies, 50 are of Health Assistant while remaining 8 are for field assistant. Before filling out the applications, candidates must check out eligibility criteria.
Field Assistant:
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates going to apply for these posts must possess intermediate passing certificte with Biological Science of state board of Intermediate Examination.
- Age Limit: Applicant’s age must be in the bracket of 18 to 44 years as on 1st July 2018. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules – 3 years for Ex-serviceman, 3 years for NCC (who have worked as NCC instructor), 5 years for aspirants belonging to SC/ ST and BC Categories and 10 years for Physically Handicapped Persons.
For Health Assistant:
- candidate must have passed intermediate with Biological Science and possessing a pass certificate in Multi Purpose Health Assistant Training Course / Sanitary Inspector Training Course certificate awarded by the Chairman, Board of Examinations constituted by the Government of Telangana or from Government of India / Government of Telangana Recognized Institution.
- Age limit: applicant’s age must not exceed 44 years and not be lower than 18 years. Telangana State Government Employees (not of TSRTC, Corporations, Municipalities etc.) will get five years of age relaxation in maximum age limit. Other age relaxation circumstances are same as field assistant.
Application forms for the recruitment can be submitted using the online platform of the commission that is www.tspsc.gov.in. Application Fee: Applicants need to pay Rs. 200/- as application fee and Rs. 80/- as examination fee. BC, SC & ST Candidates/ Unemployed candidates in the age group of 18 to 44 years (they need to submit the declaration to the commission that they are unemployed)/ PH & Ex-servicemen candidates are exempted from the examination fee.
BC/ ST & ST candidates belonging to other states will not get any kind of reservation and will be considered as belonging to unreserved category.
