Kerala Polytechnic First Allotment Results 2017:
Directorate of Technical Education is dealing with all the technical education activities in the state. Currently there are 12 Engineering Colleges (9 Govt. Colleges and 3 Govt. aided Colleges), 49 Polytechnic Colleges (43 Govt. Polytechnics and 6 Govt. aided Polytechnics), 3 Fine Arts Colleges, 39 Technical High Schools, 17 Commercial Institutes and 42 Tailoring and Garment Making Centres functioning all over the state, under the control of the Directorate.
Every year it conducts various examinations for the admissions into various programs. This year it has released notification for the polytechnic admissions and the candidates who had applied can check first allotment results from the official website.
Kerala Polytechnic Diploma First Allotment Results 2017:
DTE Kerala had invited online applications for Polytechnic College Admission. Admission under Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) is being done for regular seats in government polytechnics, government aided programs/ government seats in Self financing programmes, management seats under Aided programmes and under NCC/ Sports quota.
Candidates who had applied can check the results from the direct link provided below. If a student is satisfied with the allotment, he/she should join the allotted college/ program by paying the required fee and submitting certificates. The students are required to download the allotment letter and report to the college in the prescribed time i.e; by 20th June 2017.
If any student fails to report within the stipulated time will result in losing the allotted seat. If a student is not satisfied with the allotted option, he/she will have two choices. First, he/she can wait for allotment to the higher option by retaining the existing allotment. In this case, he/she will have to register the higher options by reporting at any of the Polytechnic Colleges and submitting the certificates. The student will be considered for allotment to his/her higher options, while his/ her initially allotted seat will also remain reserved.
The second Polytechnic allotment list will be published on 24th June, while the classes for 1st semester will being from 17th July.
