Rajasthan Police constable written examination adhered successfully this time on 14th and 15th July. The test was held in four shifts at 664 centres across 78 cities. To manage the test, around 14 thousand police cops were deployed. The department has already made the answer keys available but, there is no official information available regarding when the results will be announced. But, the Rajasthan Police constable result 2018 will tentatively be issued in August (as reported by NDTV).

Around 7.5 lakh contenders had appeared for the examination on each day of the exam dates. It means, for only 13,142, around 15 lakh candidates have attended the offline examination.
In 2017, a recruitment notification was issued for which, the exams were going on in March 2018. The authority adopted the online mode for conducting the test. But, due to hi-tech cheating in the exams, led to the cancellation. Just after a few days (on 25th May), the authority issued another notification for more vacancies but, made a major change, the test was going to be held offline this time.
To prevent cheating, internet services were suspended in the state for two days (From 8 AM To 5 PM).
Rajasthan Police department will prepare a merit on the basis of cut off marks. Those who would score more enough will be called for the next level of the election agenda. A PET/ PST (Physical Efficiency Test/ Physical Standard Test) will be held after the written test.
A total of 120 questions were there picked up from the topics:
- Reasoning and Logical Ability
- History, Culture, Art, Geography, Economy etc. of Rajasthan and
- General Science, General Knowledge, Social Science and Current Affairs.
Out of total marks 75, aspirants will be required to score more than the cut off. Total 90 minutes (one and a half hour) was given to students to complete the test.
Latest News: Banswara Police (Rajasthan) has recently issued a notification for a total of 623 constable vacancies. Candidates interested in the recruitment can submit their forms from 21st July to 10th August. Once this deadline is passed away, no application will be accepted. As a qualification, the 10th class must be passed from any of the recognised boards.
