UP Assistant Teacher Result 2018 Declared At upbasiceduboard.gov.in

To fill up 68,500 vacant posts of Assistant Teacher in Uttar Pradesh, the examination was conducted on 27th May this year. And, on 13th August, the UP assistant teacher result 2018 has been announced. As per the official details, 125,746 applicants registered for the examination of which 107,873 candidates participated in the exam. And, only 41,556 candidates have qualified the examination. It means only 60% vacant seats would be filled through this test.

All the appeared candidates can access their results through the official web portal of Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board i.e. upbasiceduboard.gov.in. On that portal, candidates have to enter their roll number.

Online applications for the vacant posts were invited from 25th January to 5th February. Contenders satisfying all the eligibility terms were only allowed to apply online.

How To Check Result

  • First of all, the candidate must be acquainted with the official link to check out the results – https://upbasiceduboard.gov.in/att2018/main.aspx.
  • On the home page, the candidate needs to click on result link or Press Release if want to get detailed information regarding result declaration.
  • After that, aspirants have to enter roll number (11 digits). It must be filled in correctly otherwise, candidates will not be able to get their results.
  • After analysing the outcomes of examination, contenders can take a print out of it as well.

Note: All the aspirants must check out their UP Assistant Teacher result 2018 before 6 PM on 30th August. After this period, online result analysis facility will be deactivated.

16th May was the last to make the fee payment while contenders were allowed to apply for the posts till 6 PM on 17th May. Qualification required for the posts is – contender must have completed the graduation and 2 years D.El.Ed/BTC Exam Passed and have passed the primary level UPTET/ CTET exam. The application fee for candidate belonging to General/ Other Backwards Classes was Rs. 600/- while Rs. 400/- for those belonging to SC/ ST.

Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board released the answer keys on 5th June. Contenders could easily figure out their estimated marks through the solutions keys. It was comprised of solutions to all the questions.
