After Successful Mars Mission, ISRO Plans to Find Trillion Dollars Nuclear Fuel on Moon

Even though the budget of ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization) is lower than many developed countries. Indian space program has proven far more superiority over any space agency in the world.

With first to find traces of water on Moon. To the record-breaking highest number of satellites sent by one rocket.

Mars mission in one goes with a budget amounting fraction of other countries. Indian space program throughout the history has proven it’s superiority in the world.

What is the plan of ISRO?

Now, India prepares for yet another adventure. This time it’s taking us back to Moon where we first found the Traces of water. While this time again India is searching for something but it’s not water, according to reports Indian Space Research Organization is looking for a trillion dollars, waste-free nuclear energy source on the moon.

For this India is all set to explore the part of the moon where no one has ever set foot yet, the south side of the planet.

The nation’s equivalent of NASA will launch a rover in October to explore virgin territory on the lunar surface and analyse crust samples for signs of water and helium-3. That isotope is limited on Earth yet so abundant on the moon that it theoretically could meet global energy demands for 250 years if harnessed.

“The countries which can bring that source from the moon to Earth will dictate the process,’’ said K. Sivan, chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation. “I don’t want to be just a part of them, and I want to lead them.’’

All is there to be done now, is for the government to set the time frame. ISRO is all set to possibly put a space station on the moon and put astronauts in space.

“We are ready and waiting,’’ said Sivan, an aeronautics engineer who joined ISRO in 1982. “We’ve equipped ourselves to take on this particular program.’’

Well, we sure are waiting for what discoveries ISRO make on the moon. All the achievements so far, and the outstanding plans of future makes us so proud. They surely are one of the best space agencies in the world, and we can not wait for all the explanation ISRO is set to do in future.
