The way our body is designed or built is quite crucial in the field of sports. Be it athletics or any indoor games, everything that is happening inside or architect outside will definitely play some major role in the activity we do. Sport is something that is enjoyed in one way or another by everyone.

Greater height means greater distance you can cover in one jump, which also means it is easy to drop in goals in basketball. Well, the reverse happens in Football. Moreover, it is our body that somehow reflects the positive or negative effects on the field.

When it comes to Table Tennis, there are many different factors or skills that have to be displayed. It is a game of technique, timing, placing and concentration. If you love Table Tennis, then age is just a number and if you have the love for table tennis, then no one can stop you.

There may be those who don’t enjoy watching a particular game, but that same person may have a wonderful time playing the game. Although professional players do retire after a certain age according to the sport their playing still can be enjoyed, vicariously and otherwise across age groups.

The old lady is shy between the rallies, looking at those shooting her and laughing but once the rally starts, she is at her competitive best and does not shy away from hitting a few smashes. All the shots are forehand though but they were some impressive shots.

In the video, a 69-year-old female who is former Indian TT Champion Saraswathi Rao can be seen playing the game with the same energy and grace. Saraswathi Rao is former state champion from Karnataka. During her playing days, she was ranked No. 2 in India and had defeated World No. 4 Japanese in her prime.

Table Tennis tournaments are common in almost any school or college sports events. Being more based on skills than endurance, age is just a number in the sport. Especially for the lady in this video.
