Amidst the contentious ODI series that spree the nerves, words are too short to detail the momentous feeling of the Indian team. In the third ODI between India and Australia at Holkar Stadium in Indore, team India all-rounder Hardik Pandya once again played a vital role in guiding the hosts to 50-run win and clinch the 5-match series with a 3-0 lead.
No doubt India would continue to be ruthless on the field. The last time these two sides met at the Chinnaswamy, it was a cracker of a contest. What’s in store for us this time around. India has now won nine consecutive ODIs, the joint most equaling the nine we have won between 14 Nov 2008 to 5 Feb 2009 under MS Dhoni’s captaincy.
While India has taken an unassailable 3-0 lead in the 5-match ODI series, the Australian players will be looking to salvage some pride in the remaining games. Even though the Aussies might be under pressure following their consecutive ODI defeats against India, they look quite happy as a cheerful atmosphere prevailed in their practice session ahead of the 4th ODI.
In a video posted on Instagram, the visiting team was seen enjoying their practice session with a funky, new activity. There were some outstanding performances by the Aussies, but they have been unable to toss a victory out of their efforts. It seemed like new practice regime, all the Australian players were captured grouped up on the field.
Each and every member was seen taking a shot at rolling a large-sized dice with the rest of the team cheering at the outcome. The activity is being considered as a stress-busting technique by many who are under pressure for quite some time now. A thunderous roar by the team members was captured when the game began.

Rain threats have been threatening large over the upcoming ODI encounter between India and Australia at Bangalore. However, if the game is held without any disruptions, assistant curator Prashanth Rao of the Chinnaswamy Stadium has promised a ‘decent’ wicket for the game. He said,
“I won’t say it will be full of runs but it will be a decent ODI pitch. It should make for an evenly-poised game. During the IPL, although the pitch was on the slower side, teams had no complaints and we got to see good contests.”
The 4th ODI is scheduled to be held at the Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore on September 28 (Thursday). On one hand, India will look to win the remaining 2 matches of the series and establish their dominance as the No.1 ODI team, Australia will be attempting to convert the positives in their performances to a much-needed win.
