Do you guys remember Sourav Ganguly’s 2002 Lord’s antic celebrations? Every Indian cricket fan loves their team celebrating such moments.
Cricket is a game of great entertainment. Players don’t entertain fans just with their performance but also with their antics. Mostly, we all watch International cricket matches and discuss every little aspect with the friends, but even domestic cricket and its players are fun to watch.
Indian all-rounder Gurkeerat Mann showed a great performance recently as he played in Punjab’s Group D Ranji Trophy fourth round match against Goa. He went on to score a century but that was not the end as the show was about something more. Just after he scored the century, he celebrated it in a very unique and quirky way.
Gurkeerat’s 114-run innings came off 129 deliveries, with the help 14 fours and two sixes. He also put on a 105-run stand for the sixth wicket with Taruwar Kohli (28). Gurkeerat after the instant celebratory reaction left his bat and helmet aside and laid down in a very funny manner. It won’t be false to say that it was a sight worth not missing.
