Getting caught is the primary part of the story, but the latter sounded interesting when one of them spilled the beans uttering some shocking words.

The three of them were recognized as Ramesh Nayan Shah, a businessman from Thane, Ramesh Kumar and Vikash Chauhan from Kanpur. The story of the match is as ambiguous as the story of these bookies is. Who can assume that Delhi Daredevils will end up winning the match beating the staggering 195 total score when the active batsmen like Karun Nair and Shreyas Iyer walked into the pavilion.

The failed bowling from the leading bowlers like Basil Thampi, Ravindra Jadeja, and James Faulkner has raised enough doubts about the match.

One of the bookies even said that he was in touch with the players from the Gujarat Lions’ team and the same were involved in this. The WhatsApp threads were found in which it is mentioned that the total score of Gujarat Lions will reach par or near 200 and still the team will lose the match. Surprisingly, when the issue was taken up to the BCCI, they simply crossed the allegations, instead claimed that the bookies have tried to fix the match, but the efforts of Anti-Corruption Unit has denied the happening.

Such a mere response from the BCCI has startled everyone, raising some conspiracies, the concerned authorities must look into the issue and drag out those who might be involved in the match-fixing, if the bookie’s words are real.
