Earlier this month, Sundar Pichai, the CEO of Google, said that the “ICC World Cup 2019 final should be between England and India” and added that he wants Virat Kohli and team India to bring the trophy back to India.

During an interview in Washington, Sundar Pichai said, “It (ICC World Cup 2019 final) should be (between) England and India. But, you know, Australia and New Zealand, these are all very, very good teams.”

Sundar Pichai is a known cricket fan, he once admitted that he wanted to be like Sachin Tendulkar and idolized Tendulkar and Sunil Gavaskar when he was growing up.

India played its highest scoring chase run in the World Cup 2019. But, India’s unbeaten record at the cup came to an end after England won the match by 31 rounds and came back into the fourth in the league table.

India is currently standing at the second position in the league table and is behind Australia who has 14 points.
