Everything regarding the Champions Trophy is going well as of now. TeamIndia swiftly made its entry into Semi Finals defeating one of the tournament’s favorites’ South Africa. With the bang on victory against Pakistan in the very first match, Team India continued quite a promising presence, despite the loss of the second match to Sri Lanka, Indian players procured the third match securing its berth in Semi Finals.
People on Twitter are all over around the Indian bowlers praising them for their contribution to the Team India in Champions Trophy. But, the on-list players aren’t the only ones who are on news.
On the other side, Indian off-spinner and the current Indian Ambassador at the Champions Trophy Harbhajan Singh blasted the media house Zee News after its sports section revealed that former India opener Virender Sehwag had taken him to the cleaners hitting him for twelve sixes in a domestic match, at Rohtak in Haryana, despite being sick.

Soon after noticing this reply from Harbhajan, the news channel claimed that the news was given by Indian bowler Ravichandran Ashwin as a part of ‘What the Duck show’ where he spoke to their correspondent Vikram Sathaye.
“He [Virender Sehwag] gave me a very interesting story. He said he had the fever in a game at Rohtak. And smashed Harbhajan for 12 sixes. You know Harbhajan is a good off spinner,” said Ashwin, according to the news channel.
Further, it is said that Ashwin was also quoted saying that Sehwag was running a high fever and that he first hit two sixes before retiring hurt and then came back later at No.10 to smoke ten more, that too while the ball was spinning.
“Every ball because it was spinning. He [Sehwag] said that he hit him even from outside the pitch. Outside off stump and hit him for a six on the leg side” concluded Ashwin.
