Harbhajan Singh has made a successful comeback to the Indian International team recently but there are few other veteran player still to make a comeback to Indian Cricket Team. Especially Virender Sehwag and Yuvraj Singh are the two cricket players who have got a immense fan following in India.
Just like these two Irfan Pathan, Gautam Gambhir, Ashish Nehra were once an integral part of the team but now are kept aside.
#5 Irfan Pathan
Irfan Pathan is just 30 and has a lot more years to play before his retirement but unfortunately he is not getting a place in Indian Cricket Team. More than that he has to play a lot in domestic cricket Ranji matches to make a come back to Indian Cricket Team which he is not doing right now.
So, his comeback is highly impossible for now.
#4 Gautam Gambhir
Gautam Gambhir is a strong opener and used to start off the matches really well. But as of now the Indian Cricket Team opening is pretty strong.
Gautam Gambhir also went to Australia to take coaching, this proves he badly wants his place back into the team. He is also the captain of Delhi in domestic cricket where he is doing pretty decent.
But, his chances will only increase when the Indian Opening batsmen fail badly.
#3 Virender Sehwag
Virender Sehwag is one the most admired Indian Cricketers of all time. Still he has got a lot of fan following for his batting style.
He plays for Haryana in domestic cricket which he is doing pretty well. He also scored couple of hundreds in Ranji.
But his chances of getting back into the team are highly difficult as he is already turned 37.
#2 Ashish Nehra
Nehra has been an integral part of the team and played a key role on many occassions. He was part of Indian Cricket Team during two world cups 2003 (runners up) and 2011(winners).
His career has been always haunted by injuries. He was a crucial part of Chennai Super Kinds team in IPL and took good number of wickets in IPL matches recently.
As of now the Indian bowling team doesn’t look that strong. So his chances of comeback are pretty high.
#1 Yuvraj Singh
Yuvraj has played a key role in winning many matches in crucial time. He was also the man of the tournment in 2011.
He made a strong comeback in Ranji with a massive score of 187. India needs a strong player at 6th or 7th position.
Due to his comeback in Ranji the chances of he getting in to the team are higher.
