Kevin Pietersen’s Strange Question To India’s New Head Coach Ravi Shastri Has Left Twitter Go ROFLing!
Twitter has become a great platform for many celebrities and cricketers to share some friendly and hilarious banter nowadays. We often see some celebrities indulging in some twitter chats with their counterparts and spread some fun to their fans.
Coming to the point, we all know recently Shastri replaced Anil Kumble’s position as India’s New Head Coach at the top spot after the legendary leg-spinner decided to step down citing a breakdown in his relationship with captain Virat Kohli.
Ever since the day one of Ravi Shastri being selected as team India’s head coach, hysterical opinions had come out. Though many supported the deed, there are a few people who partly opposed it. The outrage was at its peaks on Twitter for the following day too.
However, following the appreciative comments from able players like Virat Kohli and all players and also having a three years experience as BCCI director is something that took Shastri to the whole new level.
And now, after almost six months, the Men in Blue are all going good in their first Test match against the Islanders Sri Lanka at Galle, today. After a fairly successful two years as team director, Shastri finally had the last laugh as he was made head coach of the Indian team till the 2019 World Cup.
Ravi Shastri, who took to his official Twitter account, expressing that he is back to business.

Then came the former England Batsmen Kevin Pieterson who took a dig at Ravi Shastri for his tweet in a friendly manner.

The maverick batsman’s response took cricket fans by surprise. Considering that the news of Shastri bagging the high-profile job made headlines in the cricketing circles, it was quite surprising for Pietersen to be unaware of the same.
It isn’t clear whether Pietersen’s question was a genuine one or an attempt to indulge in some typical English banter, but the Twitterati decided to have some fun at the India coach’s expense.
